I think you're right. Though I'd like to think it means no right turns. I mean...banning boomerangs in Europe would show blatant hatred for Australians...maybe If there was a picture of a croissant with a check mark next to it, I'd believe you, but that is just too much ethnocentrism for my cultured heart...
